MICHAEL J. SCOTTO began his career in 1984 with Shearson Lehman American
Express and has worked in various positions throughout the firm's many
iterations. Today, he manages $4 billion for Smith Barney Asset
Management, specializing in large cap growth portfolios for high net
worth individuals and institutional clients. Mr. Scotto also co-manages
the $2.7 billion Smith Barney Large Cap Growth Fund. A graduate of Long
Island University in Brookville, New York, he received his BS in Finance
in 1984. He is a member of the Arbitration Board of the New York Stock
Exchange. Mr. Scotto spends his free time coaching local athletic teams
in his hometown of Spring Lake, New Jersey, where he is involved in
various community fundraising efforts. Profile
ANDREW CEISLER has been with Citigroup Asset Management or its
predecessor firms since he began his career in 1992. He manages Large
Capitalization Growth portfolios for high net worth individuals and
small institutions. Mr. Ceisler began his career with Smith Barney in
their Large Capitalization Value department. He started as a Junior
Portfolio Manager responsible for co-managing accounts for high net
worth individuals. Five years later, he moved to Citigroup Asset
Management's Large Capitalization Growth department as a Portfolio
Manager. Mr. Ceisler received his BA in History from Brandeis University
in Waltham, Massachusetts. He earned his MBA in Finance from New York
University - Stern School of Business. He lives in New York City with
his wife Lauren, and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys golf,
