Zachary J. Goldberg

ZACHARY J. GOLDBERG serves as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Arkiva,
Inc. His duties include initiating and directing the implementation of the
portal design technique and subsequent upgrades, sales and marketing strategies,
overseeing operations, and directing technology. Mr. Goldberg was employed at
Bank of America in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as Portfolio Manager from 2003 to
2005. Prior to that, commencing in 2001, he was a Networking Systems Project
Manager for Kerzner International in Nassau, Bahamas. Mr. Goldberg holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley College and is a Microsoft
Certified Professional.
