Yaron Simler Ceo

YARON SIMLER, CEO of Scopus Video Networks Ltd., joined the company in August
2005 as its President and a member of its Board of Directors. A veteran of cable
and satellite industries, Dr. Simler brings to Scopus immeasurable knowledge and
expertise in all aspects of the industry as well as a significant and intimate
familiarity with the American and worldwide markets. Prior to Scopus, Dr. Simler
was with Harmonic, Inc., where he served as President of Harmonic Convergent
Systems Division. In his 13 years with Harmonic, he held several positions
including Applications Engineer, International Sales Manager, Director of
Applications and Technology and Vice President of Marketing. Dr. Simler received
his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
He is named on one patent.
