WILLIAM W. CANFIELD has been President and Chief Executive Officer and a
Director of TALX Corporation since 1987 and has been Chairman of the
Board of Directors since 1988. Mr. Canfield holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA
degree from Washington University.
