William W. Boyle

WILLIAM W. BOYLE is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Cubic Corporation. He joined Cubic as Chief Financial Officer in 1983
and was elected to the Board of Directors in 1995. Prior to moving to
Los Angeles in 1969 to join Occidental Petroleum, he held management
positions in New York City with Sperry Rand, American Brands and General
Electric. Immediately prior to joining Cubic, he was Vice President and
Treasurer of the Wickes Corporation in San Diego. Mr. Boyle received a
BS degree in Economics from St. Peters College and an MBA from Rutgers
University.
