William Stockton

WILLIAM STOCKTON is the General Partner of Tinicum Partners, LP., a
private investment partnership; a Portfolio Manager and Investment
Advisor with Cumberland Advisors, Inc., a subsidiary of Ryan, Beck &
Company, Inc.; and a Stockbroker at Ryan, Beck & Company. He is
President of Smithtown Creek Capital Management, Inc., in Pipersville,
Pa. Mr. Stockton spent three decades as a writer, editor and foreign
correspondent, including 16 years as a Senior Editor with The New York
Times.
