William P. Buckley

WILLIAM P. BUCKLEY joined ShawCor Ltd. in 1994 as Senior Vice President,
Energy Products, responsible for four of ShawCor’s business units:
Shawflex, Canusa-CPS, Canusa-EMI and Mark Products. In 1996 Mr. Buckley
was promoted to Executive Vice President and took on the responsibility
for all of ShawCor’s wholly owned businesses including Guardian Oilfield
Services, Shaw Pipeline Services and OMSCO Industries. In December 2000,
Mr. Buckley was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer, responsible for all businesses and divisions of ShawCor Ltd.
Prior to joining ShawCor Ltd., Mr. Buckley was the President of Burndy
Inc., a manufacturer of electrical and electronic components. Mr.
Buckley is a past Chair and Director of the Electro-Federation Canada.
Mr. Buckley has a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of
Toronto and has an MBA from York University. Mr. Buckley completed the
Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School in 1986.
