William L. Robertson

WILLIAM L. ROBERTSON has been the CEO of Roy F. Weston, Inc. since May
of 1997, leading WESTON through a difficult return to growth and
profitability. Prior to joining WESTON, he advised corporations and
municipalities on business development opportunities in the environment,
technology and infrastructure redevelopment sectors. From 1996 to 1997,
Mr. Robertson served as the Chairman and founder of a successful
software development firm, OneSoft, Inc. From 1993 to 1995, he served as
President of a multimillion-dollar private environmental technology
foundation that promotes effective technology development and
commercialization. He also spent more than two decades in various
sectors of the U.S. Department of Defense, including the U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers as Associate Chief of Engineers.
