William J. Mahan

WILLIAM J. MAHAN is the Chief Operating Officer of Motor Cargo
Industries, Inc. Mr. Mahan has over 30 years of experience in
transportation. Prior to joining Motor Cargo Industries in February
1999, he held a series of positions with Viking Freight (now a
subsidiary of FedEx Corp.), including Vice President of Operations,
Senior Vice President of Operations, President of Spartan Express (at
the time a Viking subsidiary) and Executive Vice President. Mr. Mahan
also served as Vice President of Line Transportation for Ryder/PIE
Nationwide.
