William J. Doyle

WILLIAM J. DOYLE is President and Chief Executive Officer of PCS Inc.
headquartered in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Mr. Doyle joined PCS
Sales as its president in 1987. In that position, he had worldwide
responsibility for the sale and distribution of potash produced by the
Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, Inc. Prior to joining PCS Sales, Mr.
Doyle was Vice President of the International Division of International
Minerals and Chemical Corporation. In March 1995, Mr. Doyle was promoted
to the position of Executive Vice President with the parent company. In
addition to his former responsibility, he was in charge of all sales for
the company including the most recent phosphate and nitrogen
acquisitions. On July 1, 1998, Mr. Doyle was promoted to the position of
President and Chief Operating Officer with the parent company, and on
July 1, 1999 to President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Doyle is a
board member of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc., and the Potash
& Phosphate Institute. He is also past Chairman of Canpotex Limited and
continues to serve on this board. Mr. Doyle also serves as Vice
President, Canada, International Fertilizer Industry Association as well
as Chairman of the Potash Committee of that same organization. He
graduated from Georgetown University with a major in Government, is
married and has three children.
