William G. Shrader

WILLIAM G. SHRADER is President and Chief Executive Officer of Main
Street Restaurant Group, Inc. Mr. Shrader has served Main Street as
President since 2001 and as Chief Operating Officer and a director since
1999. Before joining the company, he served as Senior VP of Marketing
for Tosco Marketing Corporation from 1997 to 1999 and held several
positions with Circle K Stores, Inc., from 1992 to 1997, including
President of the Arizona Region and President of the Petroleum
Product/Services Division. Earlier, he was with The Southland
Corporation for 16 years, departing as its National Director of Gasoline
Marketing.
