William G. Cooling

WILLIAM G. COOLING, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Panamerican
Beverages, Inc., has been responsible for multi-division business
operations in Europe, the countries of the former Soviet Union, the
Middle East and Africa, as well as for major business units in the
United States. He was Senior Executive Vice President, Chief of
Operations for Specialty Marketing and International Business
Development for the Colgate-Palmolive Company and had previously served
as Executive Vice President, Technology, for Colgate worldwide. In Mr.
Cooling’s early career at Colgate he was responsible for finance
throughout their international operations and served as Vice President
and Corporate Controller of the company. He is a Partner in Atlantic
Capital Partners, a private merchant bank, and additionally is a
Managing Member of Diversified Investment Management. He also serves on
the Boards of promising technology startups.
