William B. Skoglund

WILLIAM B. SKOGLUND is President and CEO of Old Second Bancorp, Inc.,
from June 1998. He has worked in various positions with Old Second
Bancorp since 1980. Mr. Skoglund is on the Rus-Copley Board; Rosary High
School Board; Aurora Economic Development Board; Aurora Foundation
Board; Juvenile Protection Association Board and Paramount Arts Centre
Arts Foundation Board. Mr. Skoglund has an MBA from Northern Illinois
University and a BS from Bradley University.
