Wesley E. Cantrell

WESLEY E. CANTRELL is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lanier
Worldwide, Inc. He began his career at Lanier as a Field Engineer and
has held such positions as Sales Representative, District Manager and
National Sales Manager. In 1977, Mr. Cantrell was named President of
Lanier Business Products, Inc. The company was acquired by Harris
Corporation, and in 1987 he was named President and Chief Executive
Officer of Harris/3M Document Products, Inc., a joint venture between
Harris and the 3M Company. Mr. Cantrell was named President and Chief
Executive Officer of Lanier Worldwide and elected an officer of Harris
Corporation in 1989. Upon Lanier’s spin-off from Harris Corporation in
November 1999, Mr. Cantrell was named Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Lanier Worldwide, Inc. Mr. Cantrell serves on the Board of
Directors of First Union National Bank of Georgia in Atlanta, EDI
Limited, OneCoast Network Corporation, and AnnTaylor Stores, and is a
member of The Atlanta Rotary Club.
