Wayne Wetherell

WAYNE WETHERELL has served as Vice President of Administration and CFO
of ImageWare Systems, Inc., since 1996. From 1991 to 1996, he was the
Vice President of Finance and CFO of Bilstein Corporation of America, a
manufacturer and distributor of automotive parts. Mr. Wetherell holds a
BS in Management and an MS in Finance from San Diego State University.
