WAYNE R. MOORHOUSE, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Genco
Resources Ltd., graduated from the University of British Columbia with a
Bachelor of Arts degree and completed the academic requirements for his
Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. Moorhouse has considerable
experience in project planning, budgeting, administration and corporate finance.
He has held senior management positions with a variety of public and private
companies, and has conducted business in Mexico for over a decade.
