Wayne A. Case

WAYNE A. CASE has been Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of
Schmitt Industries, Inc. since 1986. Mr. Case holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business and Economics from Linfield College and a
Master of Business Administration degree from the University of
Portland. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the
Company, he is responsible for international marketing operations. Prior
to forming Schmitt Industries, Inc., Mr. Case was a Vice President of
International Marketing with ESCO Corporation for 17 years.
