Wallace D. Ruiz

WALLACE D. RUIZ is the Vice President, Treasurer and Chief
Financial Officer of Novadigm, Inc. He joined Novadigm in May
1995. In 1995, Mr. Ruiz helped Novadigm raise over $36 million in
an IPO. In the most current fiscal year, the company has reported
over $62 million in revenue and has been profitable in 14 of the
last 17 quarters. He has over 25 years’ experience as a financial
executive in publicly traded and private companies in several
industries and has held financial executive positions both in the
US and abroad. He is a CPA and earned an MBA in Finance and
Accounting from Columbia University and a BS in Computer Science
from St. John’s University. As Adjunct Professor, he has taught
International Finance, an advanced undergraduate course, at the
University of Miami.
