W. Gordon Blankstein

W. GORDON BLANKSTEIN is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global
Light Telecommunications Inc. Mr. Blankstein has been Chairman of the
Board of the company since October 1996 and Chief Executive Officer
since November 1999. He is currently Chairman of New World Network
Holdings, Ltd., and was a founding Director of NACT Telecommunications,
Inc. He is a founder, past President, Chairman of the Board and former
Director of ICG Communications, Inc., a publicly traded competitive
telecommunications service provider. Mr. Blankstein holds a Bachelor’s
degree and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.
