W. D. Cameron White

W.D. CAMERON WHITE joined Peace Arch Entertainment Group, Inc. as Chief
Executive Officer in 1994. Since that time the company has completed a
number of corporate acquisitions and has seen its core business of film
and television production grow from less that $5 million in 1995 to over
$50 million during fiscal 1999. Prior to joining Peace Arch
Entertainment, Mr. White, who has degrees in Business and Law, practiced
for 13 years as a Corporate and Securities Lawyer specializing in
mergers, acquisitions, public and private financings. Mr. White has
served as a Director on a number of Boards during his career. Currently,
in addition to Peach Arch Entertainment, he serves on the Board of
Cannaect Communications Inc., a rapidly expanding, privately held
telecom company which is based in Vancouver and Toronto.
