Victor Ugolyn

VICTOR UGOLYN joined Enterprise in 1991 as Chairman, President and Chief
Executive Officer of Enterprise Capital Management, a registered
investment advisor; The Enterprise Group of Funds, a leading national
mutual fund company; Enterprise Accumulation Trust, a variable products
investment company; and Enterprise Fund Distributors, a broker/dealer
group registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers.
Previously, he was Vice Chairman of Value Line Securities, Inc. in New
York City. Mr. Ugolyn holds an MBA from Dartmouth College’s Amos Tuck
School.
