Van A. Dukeman

VAN A. DUKEMAN is President & CEO of Main Street Trust, Inc., a $1.5
billion financial holding company headquartered in Champaign, Illinois.
Prior to joining Main Street Trust as a major owner in January 1994, Mr.
Dukeman served as Chief Investment Officer for a $700 million bank
holding company in Illinois. He has also worked for a regional banking
organization in Houston, Texas. He is a graduate of the University of
Illinois with a BA in Finance. He received his MBA from the University
of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. He holds the Chartered Financial
Analyst designation. Mr. Dukeman currently serves as Chairman of The
Carle Foundation Board. He also serves as a Board member of the Economic
Development Corporation of Champaign County and the Board of Trustees of
Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois. He is a member of the
Investment Analysts Society of Chicago and a member of the Young
Presidents’ Organization.
