Torben Bjerre Madsen

TORBEN BJERRE MADSEN is Executive Vice President and Deputy CEO, Vestas
Wind Systems A/S Mr. Bjerre-Madsen joined NEG Micon in the autumn of
1999 when he was appointed President of the Group. Mr. Bjerre-Madsen was
appointed Executive Vice President and Deputy CEO of Vestas Wind Systems
A/S when NEG Micon was combined with the Vestas Group in March 2004. By
profession Mr. Bjerre-Madsen has a MSc in Strategic Planning as well as
a BLL degree. In the course of his career he has been employed in top
management positions in a number of international Danish companies. Just
before joining the NEG Micon Group, Mr. Bjerre-Madsen held a position as
CFO of the Danish world leader of sorting systems, Crisplant Industries
A/S.
