Tony O'Reilly

TONY O’REILLY Jnr, aged 33, has been the Chief Executive of ARCON since
November 1996. Prior to this, Mr O’Reilly was Deputy Chief Executive and
Executive Director for Planning and Corporate Development. Mr O’Reilly
joined ARCON in 1992. A graduate of Brown University (BA History (Maj)/
Economics (Min)), Mr O’Reilly previously worked in the Mergers and
Acquisitions Departments of Coopers & Lybrand (New York) and Dillon,
Read Limited (London). Mr O’Reilly serves as a Director on a number of
other Boards including Independent News and Media Plc, Waterford
Wedgwood Plc, Lockwood Financial Group, Inc. and Providence Resources
Plc.
