Tom Marmen

TOM MARMEN, is Chief Executive Officer of RAIDCore, Inc. Mr. Marmen has
over 25 years of management experience in High Tech businesses. He
brings a record of leadership and building strong organizations that are
results focused. He is committed to have RAIDCore work closely with its
partners to provide solutions and support that enhance end user value.
Prior to RAIDCore, he was responsible for Quantum Corporation’s High End
Storage Group. During that time, the group became profitable, introduced
several leading edge products, and initiated a Storage Solutions Group,
which was chartered to develop high value added software. Prior to
Quantum, he was Vice President responsible for Enterprise Storage at
Adaptec, Inc., where he developed the RAID business, which became the
cornerstone growth area within the company reaching $100M in one year.
Tom also worked for Sony Corp, where he was President and CEO of the
Materials Research Division returning them to profitability. Prior to
Sony he worked for Digital Equipment Corp., and Mostek, a start up that
later went public.
