Tom Bender

TOM BENDER is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Cooper
Companies. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and as Senior
Vice President Operations. Before joining the company, Mr. Bender held a
variety of senior management positions at Allergan, Inc., a
multinational manufacturer of eye and skin care products, including
Corporate Senior Vice President and President and Chief Operating
Officer of the Herbert Laboratories dermatology division of Allergan.
Mr. Bender is a director of The Cooper Companies, Inc.
