Tom Anderson

TOM ANDERSON joined QLogic Corporation in July 1993 as Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the company he was
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial
Officer of HIARC, a software start-up company. From October 1990 to
December 1992, Mr. Anderson was Corporate Senior Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer of Distributed Logic Corporation, a manufacturer
of tape and disk controllers and computer subsystems. He has also held
financial positions at Cipher Data Products, Rockwell International, and
Arthur Anderson & Co. He holds an MBA from Michigan State University.
