Todd Headley

TODD HEADLEY joined BioNetrix in December 2001 as Chief Financial
Officer. He is responsible for BioNetrix’s financial, legal and
administrative matters. Prior to joining BioNetrix, Headley
served as CFO for FBR Technology Venture Partners, a Virginia-
based venture capital firm where he was responsible for investor
reporting and working with various companies in the portfolio on
financial matters. Prior to that Headley served as CFO of
Riverbed Technologies, a wireless software start-up company.
Headley helped lead the company from its infancy in late 1998
through its acquisition by Aether Systems (NASDAQ: AETH) in April
2000. Additionally, he has held financial management positions
with two other start-up software companies, POMS Corporation and
Roadshow International, both of which were acquired. Headley has
extensive M&A and international operations experience and began
his career at Arthur Andersen as an auditor in their Enterprise
Group. He is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia
Tech.
