Tod R. Rehm

TOD R. REHM is President and COO of Xybernaut Corporation. He is a
respected technology executive with over 20 years experience in the US
and Canadian computer and telecommunications marketplace. His solid
technology background, notably in marketing and sales, has contributed
to his receiving many corporate awards and industry recognition
throughout his successful career. He has built long-term, individual,
executive management relationships with an extensive number of North
America’s most prominent corporations, government and educational
organizations. He has also built very strong management teams throughout
his career, has had overall P&L responsibility in several successful,
high profile, major technology organizations and has always believed
that ‘good people and your customer relationships are your most
important assets.’ Throughout his career, he has been involved with and
extensively promoted many corporate sponsorship programs, as well as
strongly supported community and charitable organizations such as the
United Way, Cystic Fibrosis, Care, Ronald McDonald House, Yonge Street
Mission, various women’s shelters, etc. He has acted in an advisory
capacity and board member to several leading corporate, government and
educational organizations; has spoken at many prominent technology
industry and corporate events throughout North America, and maintained
excellent relationships with the media/press.
