TIMOTHY T. TEVENS has held the position since 1998 of President,
CEO and Director of Columbus McKinnon Corporation, a leading US
designer and manufacturer of material handling products and
systems which efficiently and ergonomically move, lift, position
or secure material. Mr. Tevens joined Columbus McKinnon in 1991
as the Vice President ‘ Information Services. He effectively
designed and managed the planning, selection and implementation
of the Enterprise Resources Planning System (ERPS) for the North
American Columbus McKinnon facilities. In 1996, Mr. Tevens was
elected Chief Operating Officer. In this position, he planned and
managed the integration activities of Columbus McKinnon’s many
acquisitions made during the 1990s. From 1980 to 1991, Mr. Tevens
was employed by Ernst & Young LLP where he held the position of
Senior Manager for the upstate New York Management Consulting
Services practice. His responsibilities stretched across various
capacities in their management consulting practice with his
primary area of expertise being operational and productivity
enhancing services. Mr. Tevens holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Industrial Technology from SUCB ‘ Buffalo and an Associate of
Science in Management Engineering from Erie Community College.
