Timothy E. Morris

TIMOTHY E. MORRIS is Vice President, Finance and Administration,
and Chief Financial Officer at Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Prior to joining Questcor in September 2001, Mr. Morris held
several senior financial positions over the previous eight years
at a variety of pharmaceutical and technology venture-backed
companies including RiboGene, Inc., the predecessor to Questcor,
where he served in the same capacity. He also served as the Chief
Financial Officer for InterPro Business Solutions, Inc., and
Utility.com; and as Chief Accounting Officer for Glycomed
Incorporated. Mr. Morris also had eight years’ experience with
Ernst & Young, LLC, where he focused on biotech and technology
startups. Mr. Morris is a certified public accountant and has a
business degree from California State University, Chico.
