TILMAN J. (“SKIP”) FALGOUT III has served as Chairman of the Board of America’s
Car-Mart, Inc., since May 2004, Chief Executive Officer of the company from May
2002 to October 2007, General Counsel of the company from 1995 to 2007, and has
been a Director of the company since 1992. From 1995 until May 2002, he also
served as Executive Vice President of the company. From 1978 through June 1995,
Mr. Falgout was a partner in the law firm of Stumpf & Falgout in Houston, Texas.
