Thomas Stan

THOMAS STAN is President and Chief Executive Officer of NAV Energy
Trust. He has also been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Navigo since May 2002. Previously, Mr. Stan was the Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of Total Energy Services Ltd. Prior to that, he was
the Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategic Management of
Petro-Canada and Vice President, Corporate Planning at Amerada Hess
Canada.
