Thomas R. Bandy

THOMAS R. BANDY has been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the
Board of Directors of Production Access, Inc. since 1997. Under his
direction, the company has become a market leader in enterprise
operations and data management software solutions for the oil and gas
industry, including drilling, wellwork, production, and P & L reporting.
Mr. Bandy founded ProTechnics Company in 1984, and sold the company to
Core Labs in 1996. ProTechnics provides completion diagnostic services
designed to maximize oil recovery and to enhance production. Mr. Bandy
began his career with Phillips Petroleum as a Petroleum Engineer and
worked in a variety of engineering capacities with several oil companies
prior to forming his own company in 1984. Mr. Bandy holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech.
