Thomas L. Gruber

THOMAS L. GRUBER is President of nStor Technologies, Inc., and Chief
Operating Officer of nStor Corporation, Inc., a leading supplier of
flexible, high performance and intelligent storage solutions. Over the
past year, he has refocused and restructured the company from a
components supplier to a complete storage solutions provider. Mr. Gruber
joined nStor in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer and became President in
2002. He has more than 30 years of experience in semiconductor, wireless
and storage industries, with particular emphasis in turnarounds and
high-growth situations. Mr. Gruber holds a BA from Ohio University and
an MBA from Pepperdine University.
