Thomas Kelly

THOMAS KELLY is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the
Board of Directors. Mr. Kelly has a history of leading high-tech
companies to greater revenues in emerging markets, and has refocused
Blaze Software on the surging demand for Web self-service e-business
solutions. He joined Blaze Software from Cirrus Logic, a $1-billion
semiconductor company, where as Chief Operating Officer he was
responsible for all product divisions, as well as sales. At Cirrus, Mr.
Kelly completed nearly $1 billion in new financing and successfully led
the company’s return to profitability. Prior to Cirrus, he served as
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Frame Technology Corp.,
where he had a lead role in reorganizing and refocusing the company
before it was acquired by Adobe. During his tenure, Frame doubled its
annual revenues to $120 million, and its market valuation increased from
$75 million to $550 million. Previously, Mr. Kelly was Senior Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer of Cadence Design Systems, a
software company. Mr. Kelly holds a BS degree in Economics from Santa
Clara University. He is actively involved in various community
organizations, associations and companies, and serves on the Board of
Fellows for Santa Clara University.
