Thomas J. D'Auria

THOMAS J. D’AURIA is Vice President, Senior Fund Manager, US Equities at
HSBC Asset Management. He manages the HSBC Investor Mid-Cap Fund in
addition to overseeing research in the healthcare sector. He joined HSBC
Asset Management in 1997. Previously, Mr. D’Auria was a Vice
President/Senior Fund Analyst at Merrill Lynch Asset Management from
1994-1997 working on a small and mid-cap equity growth fund. He also
served as a Vice President/Senior Securities Analyst at Midlantic
National Bank from 1992-1994 as well as Vice President/Research Analyst
at Dreman Value Management from 1986-1992. Mr. D’Auria has a BS in
Finance with honors from the City University of New York. He is a
Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of AIMR and the Philadelphia
Society of Securities Analysts.
