Thomas G. Rudkin

THOMAS G. RUDKIN is a Managing Director and Head of the Financial
Institutions Group of Tucker Anthony Sutro Capital Markets. He joined
the firm in July 2000, prior to which he was a Managing Director in the
Financial Institutions Group of Advest, Inc. Mr. Rudkin has over twenty
years experience advising banks and thrifts on debt and equity
offerings, both public and private, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior
to joining Advest, he was a Senior Vice President of Fahnestock & Co.,
Inc and before that, he was a Vice President at Citibank in their merger
and acquisitions department. Mr. Rudkin has a BS from the University of
Vermont.
