THOMAS E. STOUT, CEO of Stout Causey Consulting and Stout Causey Capital
Corporation, provides leadership and ensures each engagement achieves

of working with us as they are with the results of our work.’ Mr. Stout
has led the development of innovative solutions to strengthen client
organizations and their continuous compliance initiatives; these include
the Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Solution (SOCS)_, Duplicate Payment
Solution (iDPS)_, Controller’s Dashboard_ and Interactive Spend Analysis
Software (iSAS)_. Mr. Stout’s vision of providing clients with strategic
business solutions also includes Stout Causey Capital Corporation, which
provides comprehensive merger and acquisition assistance, including
investment thesis definition, business case development, buy and sell
side searches, transaction execution and integration. Prior to co-
founding Stout in 1991, Mr. Stout was a Manager in a Big Four CPA firm.
He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Delaware and was
named a member of the Baltimore Business Journal’s ’40 Under 40,’ a
select group of individuals who have demonstrated both business and
community leadership. He is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and is active in various civic and
charitable organizations, including co-founding Volunteer Central.
