Theodore Li

THEODORE LI has served as the President, Treasurer and Chairman of the
Board of Pacific Magtron International Corp. since 1998 and as the
President and Chairman of Pacific Magtron Inc. since 1995. He is
responsible for the company’s operations, technical, finance and
investor functions. Mr. Li received his Bachelor of Science in Computer
Science from the University of Oregon. In 1989, Mr. Li founded Pacific
Magtron, Inc., with Ms. Hui Lee, as a storage device reseller. Prior to
PMI, he served as the MIS System Manager for NeXT, Inc with full
responsibilities for the Corporate IS systems. In the mid-1980s, Mr. Li
functioned as Manager of Corporate Systems for Source Services Corp., a
national recruiting company, and was responsible for implementation of
the corporate WAN for its 134 offices. Some earlier achievements include
establishment of a PC Center, first of its kind, for Dysan Corporation
in 1979.
