Terry W. Thompson

TERRY W. THOMPSON is President and COO of Jack Henry & Associates, Inc.
He has been with the company since 1990 and served as the CFO for over
10 years. In January 2001, Mr. Thompson was named President and COO. He
received a BS in Business Administration (Accounting) from Southwest
Missouri State University in 1972. Mr. Thompson has worked in the
accounting field for over 28 years.
