Terry E. Stepanik

TERRY E. STEPANIK is President and Chief Operating Officer of US
Dataworks, Inc. As one of the Founders, he has been with US Dataworks
since November 1997. Prior to forming UDW, Mr. Stepanik was the Senior
Project Manager for TeleCheck, Inc., where he was responsible for the
design and implementation of their Point of Payment check acceptance
product. During his 20 years in the banking and MIS industries, he
managed various operations and staff functions. His current duties
include product design, marketing, and overall management of US
Dataworks. Mr. Stepanik has an MBA from the University of Texas at San
Antonio and Bachelor’s degrees from Penn State University and St. Mary’s
University.
