Terry Allison Rappuhn

TERRY ALLISON RAPPUHN, who joined Quorum in 1993, is Quorum’s Chief
Financial Officer. She has served as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice
President of Internal Audit and spent more than 15 years with Ernst &
Young LLP. She is responsible for directing all finance, treasury and
accounting activities for the company.
