Tac Kensler

TAC KENSLER is Chief Financial Officer of Quality Products, Inc., a
small manufacturing firm located in Columbus, Ohio. Quality Products,
Inc., is the holding company for QPI Multipress, Inc., a manufacturer
and marketer of the Multipress line of hydraulic presses, and Columbus
Jack Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of ground support
equipment for the airline industry. Mr. Kensler joined the company as
Staff Accountant in 1994 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in
May 1998. He holds a BS in Accounting from Franklin University in
Columbus, Ohio.
