T. Tim Unger

T. TIM UNGER is Chairman of Lincoln Bancorp and President and Chief
Executive Officer of Lincoln Bank, Plainfield. Prior to joining the bank
in 1995, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Summit Bank of
Clinton County, Frankfort. He started in banking in 1966 as Management
Trainee. Mr. Unger has a BS degree from Indiana University. He is a
Trustee of the Indiana Financial Institution Insurance Trust.
