Susan Wang

SUSAN WANG, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate
Secretary of Solectron Corporation, has more than 22 years of high-tech
financial, consulting and senior management experience. Ms. Wang directs
Solectron’s investor relations, legal and financial operations worldwide
and corporate development. She joined Solectron in 1984 as a Manager of
Finance, and was promoted to VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer
in 1986. She became a Senior VP in 1990 and has served as Corporate
Secretary since 1992. Before joining Solectron, Ms. Wang held financial
and accounting management positions with Xerox Corporation and Westvaco
Corporation. She began her career with Price Waterhouse & Co. in New
York. Ms. Wang holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the
University of Connecticut and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the
University of Texas. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
