Stuart Barich

STUART BARICH currently serves as Managing Director, Head of
Coporate Finance at Leerink Swann & Company. Mr. Barich has
participated in the successful completion of a broad spectrum of
equity transactions, both public and private, as well as mergers
and acquisitions that focus on health care. Mr. Barich has been
the senior banker on each transaction completed at Leerink Swann
since joining in October 2000. Prior to joining Leerink, he
directed the investment banking efforts at Oscar Gruss & Son,
where he focused on the healthcare industry. Previously, Mr.
Barich was Vice President of Corporate Finance at Auerbach,
Pollack & Richardson. He began his career in corporate finance as
an Associate with PaineWebber. Mr. Barich has a BS in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Rochester and an MBA with
honors from Columbia Business School.
