Steven Mihaylo

Steven Mihaylo, Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and
Chief Executive Officer of Inter-Tel, Incorporated, founded the
company in 1969 to give businesses the ability to choose more
advanced and cost effective business telephone systems from a
source other than the ‘telephone company.’ Through the years,
Inter-Tel’s focus has evolved from just providing business
telephone systems to include digital communication software
platforms, voice processing software, call accounting software,
Internet telephony software, computer telephone integration
applications and long distance calling services. This evolution
has enabled Inter-Tel to be the only vertically integrated full-
service, single-source provider of telecommunications solutions
to businesses in the United States.
