Steven Humphreys

Steven Humphreys, SCM Microsystems’ President and CEO – Mr. Humphreys
joined SCM Microsystems in July 1996 from Caere Corporation, a publicly
traded PC software company where he was President. Prior to Caere he
spent several years in senior management positions at various General
Electric businesses worldwide, most recently as Vice President in charge
of the electronic commerce unit of GE Information Services.
