STEVEN A. FLAGG is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PurchaseSoft,
Inc. Mr. Flagg is an angel Investor and advisor for Findcom,
Incorporated; turn-around investor and advisor for Vectrix Corporation;
and a turn-around investor and advisor for PurchaseSoft, Inc. Previously
he was Chief Executive Officer for PointPoint.com; Senior Vice
President, International for Securities Software and Consulting; Vice
President, International for Knowledgeware, Inc.; District Manager,
Vertical Markets, NYC for Oracle Software and Salesman, District Manager
for UCCEL (formerly University Computing Company) and Salesman for Savin
Corporation. Mr. Flagg has a BS degree in Business
Administration/Sociology from the State University of New York at
Brockport.
